Integrated Math 1
Integrated mathematics is the term used to describe a curriculum which integrates multiple topics of mathematics. Each Integrated Math course covers topics in Algebra, Geometry, Statistics, and Analysis simultaneously. Integrated Mathematics 1 focuses primarily on Algebra foundations and basic Geometry concepts. This course will prepare students for more complex mathematical concepts presented in Integrated Math 2 and 3. Each course is designed to seamlessly progress and build upon prior learning, rather than jumping from topic to topic like Algebra and Geometry.
Integrated Math 1 is divided into ten chapters covered over the course of the school year. Below are the topics and pacing for the year. The online textbook can be accessed on the students' Clever portal.
